Foundation walls. Parking garages. Elevator pits. Tunnels. Planter boxes. We're certified applicators for the three manufacturers that own below-grade waterproofing — and we've proven it underground across Florida.
We don't sell you a brand. We install the right system for your project — backed by the manufacturer's warranty because we're their certified applicator.
Every application has an optimal system. Here's what we recommend and why.

★ = Ocean Group's recommended first-choice system for this application
Continuous barrier from footing to grade. Fluid-applied or sheet membrane systems with drainage board and protection course. Penetration detailing at every pipe, conduit, and tie-hole.
Traffic-bearing membrane systems that protect the structural slab while handling vehicular loads. Split-slab waterproofing, expansion joint treatment, and concrete crack injection.
New construction and remedial solutions. Crystalline waterproofing, negative-side coatings, curtain grouting with polyurethane injection resins, and sump pump integration.
Resort pools over parking garages. Rooftop planters over occupied space. Multi-layer assemblies with root barriers, drainage composites, and traffic coatings.
Blindside and positive-side systems for structures that can't be accessed after backfill. Designed for continuous hydrostatic pressure in Florida's high water table.
Active leak repair without excavation. Polyurethane and epoxy crack injection, curtain grouting, negative-side cementitious coatings, and crystalline waterproofing.
We have dedicated waterproofing crews, manufacturer certifications, and the equipment to handle the hardest scopes in the state.
Sika, Tremco, and Soprema. Not one — all three. Your architect specs it, we install it.
No Dollar Limit manufacturer warranties available through our certified applicator status.
CCC1332364 (Roofing) + CGC1504639 (General Contractor). Both. Not just one.
Limestone substrate, 2-4 ft water table, hurricane rain loads. We know what fails here and why.
Below-grade is on the critical path. We don't sit on bid requests. 48 hours or less.
90% of waterproofing failures happen at transitions, penetrations, and terminations. That's where we focus.
Each manufacturer has strengths. Sika leads in blindside/pre-applied (SikaProof A+) and injection systems. Tremco dominates fluid-applied foundation walls (TREMproof 250GC) and traffic coatings (Vulkem). Soprema excels in sheet membranes (COLPHENE) and fast-cure liquid systems (ALSAN RS). We install all three and recommend the best system for your specific application — not the one with the highest margin.
Manufacturer warranties — especially NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties — are only available when the system is installed by a certified applicator. If a non-certified contractor installs Sika or Tremco products, you get zero manufacturer warranty. The product warranty is void. Our certifications protect your building owner's investment.
Blindside (pre-applied) waterproofing is installed against the earth retention system (sheet piling, soldier piles, shotcrete) BEFORE the structural concrete is poured. The concrete bonds directly to the membrane. It's used when there's zero access to the exterior of the foundation wall after construction — common in urban and high-density Florida projects.
Foundation walls: $8-$25/SF depending on system. Parking garage traffic membranes: $12-$35/SF. Elevator pits: $5,000-$25,000 per pit depending on size and whether it's new or remedial. Contact us for a project-specific quote.
Yes. Remedial waterproofing is a core service. We use negative-side cementitious coatings, polyurethane injection, curtain grouting, and crystalline waterproofing to stop active leaks without excavation when possible. For severe cases, we coordinate excavation and positive-side membrane application.
Sika. Tremco. Soprema. Certified applicator for all three. Bid turnaround in 48 hours.
