NDL means if the system fails, the manufacturer covers the full cost of repair with no cap. A non-certified installer gets you a product-only warranty that covers materials but NOT the labor, NOT the consequential damage, and NOT the cost of tearing out a failed system to reinstall it correctly.
Our waterproofing crews are factory-trained by Sika, Tremco, and Soprema field reps. They know the prep requirements, application rates, cure times, and detailing standards that make or break a waterproofing installation. This isn't a roofing crew with a caulk gun — it's a dedicated waterproofing team.
When we encounter unusual substrate conditions, high-moisture readings, or design conflicts, we have direct access to manufacturer technical support. Sika, Tremco, and Soprema engineers will visit the job site to consult on system selection and application methods. That access comes with certification — not with a purchase order.
